ROW BALTICS 2026 is an international street art and urban culture festival taking place as part of Street Art Month in Sarkandaugava. The festival is created by street artist Dainis Rudens, hip-hop musician Ansis, and world-renowned skateboarder Madars Apse.
ROW BALTICS 2026 will bring together street artists from the Baltics and across Europe, along with representatives of hip-hop and electronic music, skateboarders, muralists, and graffiti artists, creating a dynamic urban culture event for audiences of all generations.
Programme
09:00–18:00
Street Artists Open Call and Large-Scale Mural Creation
Artists will create a large-format mural throughout the day, transforming the festival site into a live urban art space.
10:00–17:00
Skateboard Competition Led by Madars Apse
A skateboard competition will take place in the Zāģeru and Haapsalas Street area, featuring youth, women’s, and men’s divisions. From 16:00 to 17:00, visitors can enjoy demonstration sessions by some of the region’s best riders.

Educational and Creative Workshops
The festival’s art and music tents will host workshops in stencil art, screen printing, typography, synthesizers, and drum machines throughout the day. Visitors will also have the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative graffiti wall, participate in contemporary circus activities, and enjoy various interactive experiences designed for children, young people, and adults.

Baltic Beatmaker Competition
Beatmakers from across the Baltics will compete, showcasing their creativity and production skills.
A diverse stage programme will entertain visitors throughout the day.
ROW BALTICS 2026 will unite Baltic and European street artists, hip-hop and electronic music performers, skateboarders, and urban culture enthusiasts, transforming Sarkandaugava into a one-day urban culture hub and an open-air street art gallery.
